Carolina WallWorks LLC ("Carolina WallWorks", "we", "us") operates carolinawallworksllc.com. We are a veteran-owned wall printing company based in Hope Mills, North Carolina. This policy covers the information we handle when you use this website, submit our quote form, call us or email us.

The short version

What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you complete the quote form on our contact page, we collect your name, phone number and email address (all required), and optionally the type of space, the project location, and whatever you tell us about the wall. If you call or email us, we hold whatever you choose to share in that conversation — which may include photographs, drawings, floor plans or brand artwork you send for quoting.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Third-party services

Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. Our quote form is processed by a third-party form provider that passes your submission to our inbox. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube pages take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply, not ours.

Why we use it

Only to do the job you contacted us about: to prepare and send your quote and design proof, to survey and schedule the work, to answer your questions, to invoice you, and to keep the records that tax, insurance and public-procurement rules require us to keep. We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the service providers who make the business run — our web host, our form provider, our email provider and our accountant — and only to the extent each needs it. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Project photography

We like to photograph finished walls for our gallery and social media. If your project is one we would like to feature, we will ask you first, and we will honor a no without argument. Residential clients are never identified by address. Any images currently shown on this site labelled "design concept" are our own renders, not photographs of a client's premises.

How long we keep it

Quote inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years in case you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as tax, warranty and insurance obligations require — generally seven years. You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@carolinawallworksllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; tell us what you are asking for and we will work with you.

Children

This site is aimed at people commissioning work on buildings. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise — but we do not hold payment card details on this website at all.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will revise this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
