Inquiry and site survey

Send photos and rough dimensions, or book a visit. We check substrate condition, measure properly, note lighting and power, and flag anything that needs remedial work before printing.

Design proof and fixed quote

You receive your artwork rendered to scale onto a photograph of your actual wall, plus an itemized, fixed price. Revise the design as many times as you need — nothing is chargeable until you approve it.

Scheduling and preparation

We book a slot that suits your operation — overnight, weekend, term break or shutdown week. On the day we mask, protect floors and furniture, then clean, patch and prime the wall.

Printing

The vertical printer is calibrated against the wall and prints top to bottom in passes, curing as it goes. It is quiet, it is odorless, and it is genuinely interesting to watch.

Seal, clean and hand back

We apply the appropriate protective sealer, remove all masking and protection, vacuum the area and walk the finished wall with you before we leave. Care instructions follow by email.

Questions we get asked before every job

How much does custom wall printing cost?

Interior wall printing is normally priced per square foot, and the rate drops as the wall gets bigger. Small residential feature walls typically land in the low hundreds to low thousands; large commercial and institutional walls are quoted individually. Surface preparation, height access and artwork licensing are the three things that move a price most, which is why we survey before we quote rather than after.

What surfaces can you print on?

Primed drywall and plaster give the sharpest results. We also print successfully on smooth concrete, cinder block, brick, stucco, wood panel, MDF, glass and metal. Heavily textured or crumbling surfaces need skim-coating or priming first — we will tell you at survey stage rather than discovering it on install day.

How long does a wall take?

Most single walls are surveyed, prepped, printed and sealed inside one working day. Very large or multi-wall projects run across several days. From your first inquiry, expect roughly 48 hours to a proof and price, then installation scheduled to suit your building.

Will it smell, or do we need to close the space?

Our inks are zero-VOC and cure under UV light the instant they are laid down, so there is no solvent smell and no drying time. Occupied buildings — hospitals, schools, offices — can usually keep operating in adjacent areas while we work.

How long does a printed wall last?

Sealed interior walls are rated for well over a decade under normal conditions and can be wiped clean. Exterior walls are finished with a UV and anti-graffiti sealer; lifespan there depends on aspect and weather exposure, and we will give you a realistic expectation for your specific wall.

Can you use our own artwork, photos or brand assets?

Yes, and most clients do. Send vector files, layered artwork or high-resolution photography and we will check whether it holds up at wall scale before anything is committed. If the resolution is short we will say so early. We can also commission original artwork or work from your brand guidelines.

Can it be removed or changed later?

Yes. A printed wall is repainted like any other wall — a primer coat plus finish paint returns it to blank. That makes it a good fit for leased premises, seasonal retail and spaces that get rebranded.

Do you work with schools, hospitals and government agencies?

Regularly. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, provide certificates and W-9 on request, and our crews can be background-checked in advance. As a veteran-owned small business we may also help with set-aside and supplier diversity goals.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Hope Mills, just outside Fayetteville, NC and cover the whole of the Central and Eastern Carolinas, not just the cities. Larger projects justify a longer drive, so ask even if you are outside that band.
